Domingo García

By Orlando Rodríguez

The Lawyer, Domingo Garcia, gets ready to confront the jury. He’s revised his notes. His defendant is a young man who is accused to a capital sentence. Domingo approaches the jury and argues in favor of his defendant. Later on the jury declares the young man innocent. This is only one of the many cases that Domingo Garcia has resolved in the past years around the area of East Texas.

His success has given him many rewards; therefore he already to opened a new office in Tyler, TX. “We have a bigger, more modern office to give the best law service to the people of Tyler and East Texas. We are located beside the Monterrey Supermarket in Loop 323, one mile west of the John Tyler School; We’ll be awaiting for you there”, said Domingo during his interview.

On the other side, Domingo Garcia told us that in May he won a trial for $1.5 million for the Ugalde family, as well as another case in which a young man died while working for which he was able to get his parents 1 million dollars. And another case is one in which he won 5 million dollars for Hector Navarro.

In case of an accident, Domingo recommends that you never declare anything without the help of a lawyer, and of course, if you don’t have one you need to find one immediately.

Recently Domingo Garcia headed the protests against the Department of Immigration in the trial of two North American citizens and a legal resident that were without a motive arrested in a raid in East Texas. 136 people were detained and deported affecting the town of Mount Pleasant.

Garcia believes that in these cases people should be compensated economically for erroneous arrest any time the law does not believe that their papers are legal. Domingo Garcia does his job, not only to defend his clients, but to ensure the fundamental rights of Hispanics in Texas and in general, the civil rights of all individuals.
